Greater Manchester Cultural Venues – COVID-19 Pledge:
As cultural venues across the city-region begin to re-open their doors and spring to life once again, as a sector, we want to reassure audiences and visitors alike that your health and wellbeing is our upmost priority. No two venues will respond to the introduction of Stage 4 of the Government’s ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’ in exactly the same way. Our venues are different sizes, shapes and operate in different ways appropriate to the needs of those individual businesses. What is consistent, however, is the thrill and excitement our artists, production companies, staff and volunteers feel at the thought of being able to share great art and culture with you again face to face. It has been a tough old time, but we’re back, side by side and cannot wait for you to join us.
What we’re doing to keep you safe
We’re asking people to scan in using the NHS test and trace app.
If you are able to, we are asking you to wear a face covering during your visit. This is in line with government guidelines for busy public spaces. There’s more information about face masks and exemptions here.
We have introduced PPE for our staff, some will wear face coverings or visors.
We are requesting that people still stay socially distanced - although now 1m rather than 2m.
We’re keeping lower capacities and social distancing where possible.
We’ll still be carrying out additional cleaning and safety measures.
Hand sanitiser will still be available.
Tuesday–Friday: 10am – 5pm (bookings only)
Saturdays: 10am- 2pm (bookings only)
Please note, to ensure the safety of staff and visitors and in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, we are currently closed to general visitors. We are able to welcome those participating in our planned programmes and will work with you to ensure your safety at all times.
